Quebec continues to contribute to the blues genre through the father and son duo known as Father'n'Son, who have recently released their second album, Night Time for Sinners. The vinyl edition offers excellent sound quality, complemented by photography and artwork from local photographer Thierry Gervais. The album features all originals except for one cover. This release demonstrates a strong commitment to preserving the blues tradition into 2026.

The timing aligns well with their upcoming participation in the International Blues Challenge in Memphis next week. After winning the IBC Quebec to Memphis competition in October, an event sponsored by the Montreal Blues Society, Father'n'Son has earned the opportunity to compete and connect with numerous other acts from around the world put on by The Blues Fondation!
